Help for Metal Allergies

Hypo-Allergenic Titanium,Nylon and Niobium Earrings

Below you will find a line of Hypo-Allergenic earrings on French hooks, custom made posts and flat back posts . You have your choice of titanium, nylon or niobium French hooks and your choice of nylon or titanium posts. Hopefully you will find at least one item to help you to wear earrings again. First some information on Metal allergies .

Alloys and Allergies
One of the more common metal allergies that people may have is to nickel. One thing that many people do not realize, is that Surgical Stainless Steel contains a small amount of Nickel (usually 8% in jewelry). If you have only a slight allergy, then you can probably wear Surgical Stainless Steel for a few hours, or possibly all day. Or, you may be so sensitive to nickel that not only can you not wear any earrings with it in them, but also you cannot wear watches, or have the buttons on your Levi's touch your skin.

For these severely nickel-allergic people, we suggest the following alternative:

Titanium- Titanium is for metal sensitive people and children or adults with newly pierced ear holes. Its neutral grey color blends well with many fashions, and will allow the sensitive to "finally wear earrings".

Niobium - Niobium is not plated or painted. It is anodized, meaning it is colored by dipping it into an electrically charged "bath". Because it contains no nickel, most people with metal allergies can safely wear Niobium.
Nylon - Nylon is for people that can not tolerate metal at all.

The dangle earrings are made with the above posts I make them myself and are not sold separately. The one on the left is gold tone and the one on the right is silver tone.

Most of the earrings are able to be put on titanium, nylon, niobium french hooks or a custom made 4mm ball with loop earrings made with titanium posts. You which you want on your earrings when you place your order. The earrings are priced on the materials used in making them and not on the type of french hook or post used. I have tried to price them so everyone can afford them. As usual my prices are very reasonable. I make them, so I do not have to pay the extra cost of paying someone else to do the work.
As you can see some of the earrings have titanium hooks, some have the nylon hooks and othe have the titanium posts, they are for demonstration purposes only. They are interchangeable with all of the dangle earrings.
They are made with metal hoops and charms but the ear post and french hooks are made of Hypo-Allergenic material.You choose either titanium, niobium or nylon.
The size stated is the hoop or charm only. Depending on the french hook or post you decide on will change the size, the nylon french hook making it longer and the custom made post with loop making it shorter.
Some are one of a kind, others are limited edition. All are subject to stock on hand.
