Oct.10, 2009 I received an order from Disneyland from the Scenic Fabrication Department for several large dream
catchers. I was quite surprised and thought I was reading it wrong or it was a hoax. I was very pleased when I
found out it was not a hoax and it was really from Disneyland. They were decorating Small World and the Native
American section needed dream catchers. Then I realized they needed them by the 30th of Oct. At that time it was
only 16 dream catchers, sure no problem. I went in search of hoops, 16-12" hoops no problem until I could
not find enough 12 " but could find 14". I called Mr. Beech and told him I could do 11-12" and
5- 14" hoops at the same price. He said no problem. Then he asked if I could get 10- 16" hoops also as
a Canada vendor was not able to get them in time. I told Mr. Beech I would try. I was only able to find 7- 16"
but could do 3-14" Mr. Beech said no problem. So then we had 26 dream catchers to make by the end of Oct.
Sure no problem, no pressure. Well my husband, Charles learned how to make dream catchers. We worked day and night,
plus I was making up my regular orders. Well, we got them finished ahead of deadline and was able to ship them
on Oct. 23rd. Mr. Beech was so pleased because he had plenty of time to meet his deadline. He was so nice and said
he would send me pictures when it was finished. He did, and now I am sharing them with you. He sent me the above
picture and the following link of a video that was taken of Small World with our section of dream catchers 8 minutes
and 20 seconds into the video
Thank you Mr. Beach and Disneyland for the experience we will never forget.
