Please feel safe to place your order on-line, in fact when you call and give me your order I have to submit it online for processing through our credit card company just the same way you do. The only difference is when you place your order on-line no one else knows your CCV # from the back of your card, but when you place it on the phone to a live person you never know who is getting your info.At our store I am the only one that ever sees it but at a big company it's not much telling who is getting it. So next time you want to place your order on the phone because you think it is safer, please think about who that person on the other end may be.

You can pay Online with our Secure Shopping Cart by Credit Card or Print out your order form and mail it with your Check or Money Order to:

Guarantee- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days and we will gladly refund your money or exchange. Sorry we are unable to refund shipping.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS

Returns and Exchanges-
We are happy to accept returns, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on Custom Orders. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.
If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please add $5.40 to cover postage.A & A Jewelry is not responsible for postage on exchanged items.
1. Item(s) being returned must be in an unaltered state and in the original labeled bag accompanied by a copy of order form. Please list your instructions on back of order form.
2. When shipping merchandise to A & A Jewelry, please and enclose the items in a sturdy box and secure with strong tape, and save your shipping receipt.
3. For your protection, insure the package for the value of its contents, but do not send it C.O.D.

Most of the earrings can be put on posts, hooks or clip-on. Specify at time of order.

When placing an order if the item does not state that it is adjustable or if you need a special size (extra small or extra large) you can put the size in the Special Instructions box and I will make sure you get the right size. Also, if you have a question about a size you can e-mail me and I will get back to you usually in the same day. Please make sure you put your correct phone number and e-mail address so I can contact you if I have any questions about your order.

Delivery of your Order

If you are not going to be home to sign for your package please make arrangements with your postal carrier to leave it in a safe place and a note stating OK to leave without signature. We can not be held responsible for packages that are returned. If you require a package to be re-shipped, you will be required to pay the additional postage as we are not responsible if you have not made arrangements for delivery with your postal carrier. If you request a package to be sent " no signature required" that means no insurance can be put on it, in that case we can not be responsible for lost or destroyed packages.
All orders are shipped by Priority Mail in USA unless other wise specified

USA - orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping from $1.00 to $75.00 is based on amount of order and calculated during order processing. Shipping is Free for orders $75.00.& over for USA customers.
International-Flat Rate Priority Mail-$13.95 if over flat rate size it will be added after calculation. Shipping is Free for orders $100.& over for International orders. 5 to 10 days delivery

Tax is charged to California residents only, current tax rate is 8.795%. I charge by Fresno County rate.
